AngularJS by Example – A new book on Angular!

Common Blog

It gives me immense pleasure to announce my new book on Angular AngularJS by Example (under Packt Publishers) .

AngularJS By Example has been my effort toward presenting Angular it in a form that is easy to understand and go along. This is a Do It Yourself (DIY) book that teaches you the intricacies of Angular development, starting from the basics to the advance stuff.

The book covers each and every building blocks of Angular framework. You

  • Learn about the MV* aspect of Angular development.
  • Explore Single Page Framework (SPA) capabilities of Angular.
  • Learn how to build client-server interactions with Angular services.
  • Understand how to work with  user input and do validations using Angular.
  • Harness the true power of AngularJS directives, by building number of your own directives

And there’s lots more!

With the DIY approach the book builds along three applications. Starting from the trivial “Guess the Number” game, to a more complex “7 Minute Workout“, and finally a full fledged “Personal Trainer” app. These apps help you understand how real world Angular development is done.

If you are starting with Angular today, or have been struggling to traverse the Angular realms or are on a lookout for a systematic approach to learning this awesome technology, then this book is for you.

So go ahead and start reading!
